Job Responsibilities
- Welcomes clients and potential clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquires.
- Be the trusted advisor and advocate for a portfolio of clients.
- Engage clients actively with regular strategy calls to derive maximum value from their investment in our agency.
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone and LinkedIn to educate them on our agency’s services and sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
- Qualify prospects to determine whether or not they are a good fit.
- Working in partnership with the ATL, BTL, and Digital team, developing creative direction and experiential engagement ideas to meet clients’ objectives.
- You will be working hand in hand with the Client Service Manager.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.
- Good communication skills
- Networking skills
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to do market research.

- Develop and implement business sales strategy and ensure revenue targets
- Interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an advertising agency is very key.
